Who we are. Carve My Waves™ is a brand of PR Signature Standards Holding LLC, based in St. Louis, Missouri. This policy explains what information our store collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions about privacy: email us at rhoades2clean@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Order information: your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number if you provide one, and what you ordered.
Account information: if you create a store account, your name, email, and order history.
Device and usage information: when you browse the store we and our analytics tools collect pages viewed, device and browser type, IP address, and similar data through cookies.
Messages: anything you send us by email or through store forms.

Payments

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment processors. Your full card number is handled by those processors and never touches or is stored on our own servers.

How we use information

To process and deliver your orders, including made-to-order production and shipping updates.
To answer questions and provide customer support.
To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
To improve the store and understand what customers are looking for.
To send marketing emails only where permitted and with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to serve you: fulfillment partners (our print-on-demand, print, and dropship partners and shipping carriers) receive the name, address, and order details needed to make and deliver your items; Shopify and our service providers (such as analytics and email tools) process data to run the store; and we may disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

The store uses cookies that are essential for checkout and security, plus analytics and preference cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may break checkout.

Your rights

Data retention and security

We keep order records as long as needed to run the business and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
